On a clear day, or so it would seem, the occupants truly can see forever. At a rental cost in the vicinity of $60,000 per month, the views had better be glorious.

In 1906, the view from the grandstand and clubhouse of the old Pacific Beach racetrack in San Diego was spacious and gorgeous.
