View Rights and Restoration
What are your rights when a neighbor blocks your magnificent ocean view? CaliforniaViewLaw™ helps their clients navigate complex municipal codes and processes to increase home values and peace of mind.
Tree and Foliage Obstructions
If you’ve been in a property for decades, the growth of trees or foliage and loss of view often go unnoticed. But at the time of sale, the lost view can seriously reduce the value of a property.
Deciphering Municipal Ordinances
CaliforniaViewLaw™ digs deep into dense local property ordinances to create beneficial outcomes for property owners – as well as the realtors and brokers who represent them.
Deed Covenants and Restrictions
These community association documents dictate how one can or can’t use a property. We can help analyze and manage CC&Rs, and help in your efforts to maintain property values through view restoration.
