Founding Partner Charles Peterson successfully negotiated the removal of three 30-foot-tall melaleuca trees that were obstructing his client’s ocean views.
Under the Davis-Stirling Act and the Palos Verdes Homes Association’s CC&Rs, Mr. Peterson was able to restore his client’s view only 20 days after the trees were planted.
